In this class, you will learn the beautiful art of Kantha, this traditional embroidery technique that originates from eastern India and Bangladesh.

During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore different motifs and styles, and choose a pattern that matches your personal style. Whether you're a complete beginner or have embroidery experience, your teacher is here to guide you through the creative process, from start to finish.

To make the experience even more enjoyable, some nibbles and chai will be provided to create a relaxing and mindful space for creativity!

By the end of the class, you will take home your unique journal cover, as well as feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

Your Instructor

Manjari Singh

Manjari is a trained fashion designer with vast experience in Indian embroideries and textile. Our workshop explore creativity, freedom of expression and versatility in basic stitching techniques. These workshops are for all skill levels.
